FOB Origin.  The required Surveillance Audits and Recertifications are to be completed in accordance with Statement of Work.

City advertises for bids on Pine Ave. streetscape project

The City of Albany will accept bids on Oct. 2, 2012 for a heavy construction project involving demolition work, precast storm manholes and inlets, storm pipes, concrete sidewalk with pavers, lighting and other related items of work.  (Note: Addendum have been issued for this project.  Be sure to check the link below for details.)

All work must be performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and other contract documents prepared by the City’s Engineering Department. Documents are available at the PCity’s Procurement Office for a non-refundable fee of $100.00.   (If bidding documents are to be mailed, please provide a check payable to the City of Albany and a Fed Ex Account number to cover shipping charges.)

City announces purchase of janitorial supplies and window and door replacement project

The City of Albany is seeking bids on two contracts.  Bids for janitorial supplies are due on Apr. 30, 2012, and bids are due for a window and door replacement project on May 1, 2012.

Bids for the janitorial and industrial supplies are for a six month, firm price contract, with three options to renew for additional six month periods.

The other project involves bids to replace windows and doors at the WPC, Building P-1, located at 2726 Joshua Street.  A pre-bid conference is being held on Apr. 11 at 10:00 a.m. for this project.

Pre-bid conference for Bus Shelter Improvement contract scheduled for Jan. 11
